  • Insect Repellant – about 30% DEET content
  • Pain Reliever – Ibuprophen keeps the swelling down. One in the morning, one at night.

  • Drink Cup for hot drinks
  • Camera (optional)
  • Blister block pads – Bandaid or Dr. Scholl’s
